Shakhil Shah

Having spent most of my childhood in The Gambia, I developed a passion for food due to the abundance of fresh fish and seafood.  There is nothing quite like catching and cooking your own fish.  The Gambia has had a huge impact on my life; I made friends who will always play an important role in my life and this is one way in which we can share our love for the food, and bring people together to enjoy what we did as children.
